At the end of the pandemic, COVID-19 pushed us into a mode of survival. The post-pandemic period then called for a new series of adjustments. During those initial days, we focused on gathering the information and resources necessary to function effectively at school, at work, at home, and in managing relationships.

We were compelled to adopt new routines to combat isolation, particularly due to social distancing. Students who began their learning journey through virtual classrooms—some without ever having entered a physical school environment—and others who attended online classes had to relearn how to adapt to real classrooms with friends, mentors, and teachers.

Today, we face another challenge: the hybrid lifestyle. Balancing face-to-face and virtual activities in schools, workplaces, and homes has become an essential part of our daily lives.
